Thanks to everyone who’s contacted me to ask when they’ll get a letter from their landlord about the money they’re owed for past water rates. The letters should go out by early March
After over two years of campaigning we’ve had a big success for MTVH leaseholders. Now every household pays the same for internal cleaning and external cleaning is based on the property’s rateable value. This is a big improvement from the old haphazard system of allocating charges.

We’re having a public meeting to demand real action on damp on 10th February. We’ll be out canvassing on 5th February to talk to people about why they should attend
This winter the gardening team have budget to help whoever is interested in planting a fruit tree on the estate. (apple, plums, cherries!)
A local residents has asked me to advertise a community shop in West Norwood she is involved with. It provides members with discounted food, meals for £1.50 and learning and development programmes.
MTVH service charge statements for 2020/2021 have now arrived. They are much more transparent than previously.
