MTVH carried out cyclical works in much of our estate between 2022 – 2024

The 2023/24 work covered
- 1-20 Gaywood Close
- Gwynne House
- McCormick House
- Kynaston House
- Tillman House
The works included cleaning gutters, repainting communal areas and, in some cases, other remedial work.
Residents have told us of peeling paint and other defects that have occurred in the wake of the cyclical renovation and redecoration works carried out by MTVH. Here are examples of poor quality work: there are others.
This is unacceptable. The TRA intends to ask MTVH to make good all the defects related to the cyclical works, without passing further cost to tenants and leaseholders, and to ensure high quality work in the future.
