Thanks to everyone who’s contacted me to ask when they’ll get a letter from their landlord about the money they’re owed for past water rates. The letters should go out by early March
We’d hoped our landlords would send the letters out at the start of January. Our landlords have now informed us there has been a delay, but tenants who are entitled to a refund should get a letter by early March.
The good news is that Optivo will now refund tenants automatically, previously they insisted residents had to apply for a refund. So whilst the delay has been frustrating it has lead to an improved offer from our landlords.
