Scaffolding outside 98 – 121 Gaywood Close will have been up for 18 months by October 2020. It is causing big problems for residents
75% of the scaffolding outside 98 – 121 Gaywood Close has been removed. It’s been up for over a year. We need to make sure Metropolitan removed the final part.
Last Saturday four brave St.Martins Residents went on a walkabout on the estate to look for possible areas for gardening and regeneration. We selected two areas:- a big area between Roupell road and Christchurch road, and a small area near Abbots park.
Optivo will do some work to fix the issue with ants in Baldwin House. We need to make sure they do good work.
