Optivo confirmed on Thursday 22nd October they would treat every property in Baldwin House for insect infestations. They also agreed this was an emergency
If they do as they say this is great news. But it only happened because lots of people complained.
Their full communication is: “The repair has now been changed to SLF1561892. There is no update to this as the job was altered yesterday to treat all properties and communal areas and was raised as emergency treatment”
