We will discuss our progress on some of the estate problems such as:

• damp
• lighting
• rubbish collection
• leaseholder service charges

We will hold committee elections in accordance with our constitution. The posts up for election are chair, secretary, treasurer and up to nine other committee members. If you’re interested you can volunteer on the night. You might be asked to give a short speech explaining why you want the job.

We will also hear from our special guest Janie Bickersteth from Incredible Edible Lambeth on how we can improve our estate green spaces and how getting involved in gardening activities can improve our wellbeing
