Optivo will do some work to fix the issue with ants in Baldwin House. We need to make sure they do good work.
On 21st September they “raised a repair to treat the communal areas and a number of flats in Baldwin House … The job reference number is 1548555”
It’s really important this job number includes all flats or the ants will simply move from one flat to another
If you live in Baldwin House please email contactus@optivo.org.uk any say something like “I understand you will send pest control to Baldwin House as part of job number 1548555. Please confirm my flat will be included”. Please copy StMartinsResidentsLambeth@gmail.com on any email you sent
If we act together we can get this sorted.
