MTVH have surveyed most of the properties on our estate where we’ve received damp complaints. They’ve produced a high level summary of the work that needs doing.

In March we held a meeting to discuss how to improve the transparency of MTVH service charges. MTVH have now given us a proposal for how they intend to rectify past discrepancies.

Thanks to everyone who came to our planting event in Challice Way on 7th August. Despite the rain we managed to fill up the planters with the compost, and create a vegetable patch with a flower bed at the centre. The Residents even named the plants 

Optivo are “considering” what to do about the Baldwin House pigeons. We need them to stop considering and start acting

At a public meeting in July we agreed to launch a campaign for controlled car parking and free bike parking

The Brixton Chamber Orchestra are coming to our estate this Friday 23rd July at 6pm

Back in March we held a meeting about lack of transparency in MTVH service charges. We still haven’t received an adequate response from MTVH so we need to escalate the campaign.
