MTVH have surveyed most of the properties on our estate where we’ve received damp complaints. They’ve produced a high level summary of the work that needs doing.

This is part of the report we were promised at our meeting in March. We’re still waiting on a detailed block by block breakdown of what work needs doing, We are promised this in early October. Once we get it we’ll have a public meeting to discuss the next steps.
As a reminder, this is what Lambeth Council’s chartered surveyors said. Lambeth has threatened to take our landlords to court because the damp is so bad.
