MTVH claim the cyclical works are now complete in Sheppard House, Gaywood Close and Roupell Road and will be doing an inspection this Friday 12th May.
Please let us know if you are unhappy with any part of the work they have done so we can raise it with MTVH. Here are some things you should look for (thanks to Antonio from Roupell Road for compiling this)
MTVH have acknowledged there is a problem with poor quality stairwell painting. Sorya Ahadi from MTVH has told us “The contractors are liaising with their flooring contractor to return and repaint the floors – to confirm this will be at no additional cost to MTVH leaseholders”. If the contractors haven’t repainted the stairwell in your block please let us know
MTVH are currently doing cyclical works on most of their blocks throughout the estate. This includes painting communal areas and cleaning drains for all blocks. In some blocks it includes other work too.
