NHG leaseholders deserve transparent service charges

Different NHG leaseholders are paying vastly different amounts for their service charge

Even the basic information we’ve got so far shows:

  • One Challice Way leaseholder is paying more than twice as much as the others for electricity
  • One Challice Way leaseholder is paying almost three times more than others for cleaning

If we had more data we could find more inconsistencies. Please send us the service charge estimates you received from NHG to help us.

You have the right to see proper accounts for your service charge which will help us challenge these inconsistencies. Please request them. We’re making progress with MTVH. We can make progress with NHG too.
