We now have a community composting bin. We need people to help fill it
Eight of us gathered on a very sunny Saturday morning to receive instructions on how to use our new compost bins on Challice Way. Orsetta from Incredible Edible told us what food waste can be thrown in. She told us what paper and cardboard we need to bulk it out. And instructed our compost monitors on what to do to create perfect results. The compost we make will be so useful for our community garden and our residents and save us having to buy it. It is very satisfying to think our food waste will help to grow more food!
