Success! Optivo have finally given residents access to the cycle parking hangers they installed last year
Optivo installed new cycle hangers in spring 2022

- Outside 1-28 High Trees

Optivo will be responsible for the maintenance of these bike store units and they will be inspected monthly as part of the usual Estate Services inspections.
We’ve been campaigning on this since November 2021. We thought we’d succeeded in spring 2022 when the lockers were installed. But Optivo did not release the codes until one year after installation. Thanks to the residents, and to Cllr Olga Fitzroy, for lobbying Optivo to do this.
NHG residents also have access to cycle parking. MTVH residents have completely inadequate cycle parking. If you’re a MTVH resident who wants cycle parking please sign our petition
