A local resident put in a complaint about the Gaywood Close scaffolding. They succeeded in getting compensation.
Chris put in a complaint about the scaffolding in Gaywood Close on 21st November 2019. Due to “a change in personnel” it took until 9th July 2020 for Metropolitan to give a response. Metropolitan offered Chris £100 cash for poor complaint handling.
