Metropolitan have said the scaffodling in Gaywood Close could come down in July 2020. We’re not sure whether or not to believe them
Metropolitan have emailed a resident to say
I have spoken with our Planned Team regarding the scaffolding. The scaffolding is required as they are renewing the guttering around the whole block and they hope to start the works by early July.
To reassure you the scaffolding was inspected for safety reasons a week ago and adjusted.
I appreciate you have been more than patient with this matter, however, I am pleased to hear we are finally starting to get the ball rolling and plans are now in place to have the works carried out.
Note they haven’t replied to my query as to how much this is going to cost us.
So we’re going to keep asking.
