Get MTVH to pay up for broken lifts

MTVH has promised to pay compensation for broken lifts. But many residents in Sheppard House and Gwynne House still haven’t received compensation. If you haven’t received anything please complain

Using your own words is best, but if you have writers block try the following text. (The dates are for Sheppard House, different dates apply for Gwynne House). Please contact us to let us know you’ve done it

I wish to make a formal complaint about lack of compensation for lift failure. The lift in my block was broken from 3^rd December 2021 to 7^th April 2022. I applied for compensation on date X but still have not received any. Please let me know when I will receive compensation
