Of the 52 original MTVH damp complaints, 35 are now happy (67%)
Of the 7 original NHG damp complainants, 5 are now happy (71%)
Of the 15 original Optivo damp complainants, 10 are now happy (67%)
These figures exclude leaseholders. We’ve got a separate campaign to ensure the housing associations meet their responsibilities for leaseholders affected by damp.
So thank you to everyone who lobbied the council, spoke to the press or came to one of our public meetings. You forced our landlords to do repair work that made a real difference
