Optivo residents will not be given the access codes to the new cycle hangars until later this year.
Optivo have installed three cycle parking facilities (by Morrison House, Worthington House and 1-28 High Trees) and are in the process of installation a fourth by Kelyway House. They’ll contact residents with details of how to access storage once the installation of all four is complete.
(Quite why they can’t tell residents how to access the existing three cycle hangers now rather than waiting until the Keylway House cycle hangar is installed we’re not sure, they didn’t say).
This delay is frustrating but it is good Optivo have finally installed some cycle parking
