NHG admit to service charge mistakes

NHG have admitted they made a mistake with leaseholder service charges

Sophie, an NHG leaseholder in Challice Way, recently received an email from NHG about service charges. NHG says “The sinking fund was added to leaseholders at St Martins incorrectly. This will be corrected and new estimates for the 22-23 period will be sent out … We are currently expecting this to take about 6-8 weeks”. So we should get more information by the end of July 2022

If this happens this is good news. If not, we have asked for a meeting with the Leasehold Advisory Service to advise us of our rights.
