Residents who were Metropolitan tenants prior to 2016 are likely to be entitled to a refund on their water rates

MTVH have said they will automatically credit current tenants customer accounts in January 2022. If there is then a surplus in the rent account, then a sum of money can be transferred into residents’ bank accounts. Interest will be included. 

Former Metropolitan tenants who have now moved off the estate will need to contact MTVH directly to arrange payment

Former Metropolitan tenants who now rent from Optivo or NHG should be automatically refunded, but we don’t know when.  Cllr Mary Atkins is chasing them.
