New spreadsheet for comparing costs and challenging the landlord
Now that we have the new service charge statements in, we decided it’s worth adding data in a new spreadsheet, so that we can compare these year costs and challenge our landlords if needed. In 2019 we saw discrepancies between people living in similar blocks. Please send us a copy of your service charge so we can fill out this spreadsheet with the 2020 figures
Meeting with the Service Charge managers from the three housing Associations
We want to ask them for a clear explanation of our Service charge costs. We will prepare questions in advance. We are on the case and we will let you know when these meeting will happen and meeting details.
