Cllr Paul Gadsby said

I would like to thank the Tulse Hill residents and councillors for bringing the issues on the St Martin’s estate to the attention of Lambeth council. Following the reports I received, I called in representatives from the three housing associations to discuss the complaints about repairs, mould and other issues. It is very clear that in this day and age people deserve decent living conditions that are backed up by a responsive repairs and maintenance service. Following that meeting, the housing associations have produced statements on what they intend to do: I will be asking the local TRA and councillors for their views on this plan and how we can take this matter forward so that the issues are resolved quickly
