We’re trying to get a campaign together for people who are dissatisfied with the increase in their service charges. Our current idea is to invite someone from Optivo to a general meeting to talk about service charges. If that solves the issue that’s great. If not we’ll have another planning meeting to discuss the next steps.
But for this to work we need decent numbers of people at the general meeting. That’s why I want to gauge numbers before we start the campaign.
