Neighbourhood Plan


Do you want a say in:

  • choosing where new housing should go
  • protecting the high street
  • choosing where new industry or employment goes
  • protecting green spaces

A Neighbourhood Plan is a new type of planning policy document for a local area (Neighbourhood). Once adopted it forms part of the Local Development Plan for the local authority and is used to consider all planning applications in that area

If you want to find out more come to one of three neighbourhood Plan Meetings:

  • Friday 20th February – 6pm to 7:30pm – St Matthew’s Tenants Hall, 10 St Matthew’s Road, SW2 1NH
  • Saturday 14th March – 2pm to 4pm – James Wilson Coffee Shop, 357 Norwood Road, SE27 9BQ
  • Thursday 19th March – 2pm to 4pm – Roupell Park Community Centre, Hyperion House (off Brixton Hill), SW2 1HZ
