The lift for Sheppard House is finally fixed having been out of action from 3rd December 2021 to 7th April 2022. We’re trying to get compensation for the months it was broken.
Residents have been offered £10 compensation for every week the lift was broken. At a public meeting we “agreed to compensation offered, except for amount offered to disabled”
