At our public meeting in July we agreed to campaign for compensation for residents of Gwynne House and Sheppard House who had months with no lift service. MTVH agreed to pay compensation, but residents have still not received any money.
We’re having a door knocking session on Wednesday 12th October. New and experienced people are equally welcome
Since we started our damp campaign we’ve had some success getting fixes for tenants, but no luck getting fixes for leaseholders. We’re asking affected leaseholders to demand a copy of their block survey from Lambeth Council
We are very happy that have been awarded £2623 by the Brockwell Live Community Fund for our Huggins Corner community garden project.
MTVH have increased the costs leaseholders pay for cyclical works with almost no explanation. If you’re an MTVH leaseholder please complain
We’ve campaigning to get Optivo to treat an ant infestation in Baldwin House. We’re out petitioning on Wednesday 28th September.
