Our annual general meeting is the most important meeting of the year.

  • It gives you a chance to hear what’s happened this year with our work on damp, repairs and leaseholder rights.
  • It gives you a chance to set our direction for next year.
  • It gives you a chance to elect the new committee who will run the association.

We’ll also have a representative from Safer Neighbourhoods to discuss resident concerns about crime and anti social behaviour.

Here is the full agenda

The new committee will consist of:

  • A chair
  • A secretary
  • A treasurer
  • Up to nine other members

If you want to stand for any position you can propose yourself on the night. You might be asked to give a short speech to explain why you want the job. Full details are in our constitution

If you’re thinking of standing you’re welcome to contact us to discuss what’s involved, but this is certainly not compulsory.
