In the early part of this decade we ran a campaign to get our landlords to act on damp. This resulted in action that the majority of tenant complainants were happy with. However, we heard at our Annual General Meeting that there are still outstanding problems.

Previously we’ve lobbied the council and held public meetings. This forced the council to take legal action against the landlords. Our campaigning has worked before and can work again. But we need to know where the outstanding damp is before we can take action.
