From time to time, residents contact us about anti-social behaviour (here is MTVH’s definition of ASB).
Anti-social behaviour (ASB) includes things such as:
- Persistent noise and rowdy behaviour
- Vandalism, graffiti or criminal damage to property
- Anti-social drinking
- Drug dealing
- Intimidation, threats and abuse
- Hate crime or harassment
- Criminal behaviour
Here are some suggestions about how to deal with ASB:

Safer Neighbourhoods teams are Met police officers dedicated to serving the community and to reducing crime and anti-social behaviour at local levels. Details of our local team and how to contact them about community issues, including ASB, are here. Remember that if you believe a crime has been committed, please phone the police on 101. Or you can report a crime anonymously here. In an emergency dial 999.
If you see offensive graffiti, please report it to your landlord and ask that it is treated as an emergency. It should be removed within 24 hours.
