We’ll discuss our 2021 accounts at our annual general meeting
Here is a copy of the annual accounts. You will see that expenses are running a little high on the general account because meetings are being conducted virtually.
A significant expense is bank fees. We are in the process of setting up a new account which does not attract fees, but the Covid emergency is delaying the process of obtaining signatures.
You will see 2 payments from Metropolitan and none yet from Notting Hill. The first payment from Metropolitan was for the previous year. I thought it simpler to just include sums of money which we had actually received. Notting Hill Genesis have agreed to provide some funding.
You will also see that the main item relates to our successful gardening project.
