The staff monitoring stmartins@optivo.org.uk should all have knowledge of the St Martins estate and the damp survey. The staff monitoring contactus@optivo.org.uk may not.
If you’ve emailed stmartins@optivo.org.uk and are still told you’re not entitled to a damp survey please contact us.
Finally, please ask for a damp survey if there is any damp in your flat, no matter how small. The landlords are planning major works soon and we need to make sure they have an accurate picture of what the problem is and how to fix it.
