The Safer Neighbourhoods Panel will hold its next meeting next week on Tuesday 16th July
After a brief hiatus the Tulse Hill Ward Safer Neighbourhoods Panel has been restarted and will hold its next meeting next week on Tuesday 16th July 6.30pm – 7.30pm at High Trees, 220 Upper Tulse Hill, SW2. You have all previously been on a distribution list for Tulse Hill residents relating to the Safer Neighbourhoods Panel and I am forwarding this information to you on the possibility that you may be able to attend.
Our local Sergeant Lucy Burrows is trying to revive the panel and local police will be there to discuss all local issues. The agenda will include information about local “stop and search” plus any concerns local people would like to raise. A description of what Safer Neighbourhood Panels are is below.
Do you know about Ward Panel meetings? Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) and an advisory panel made up of members of the community who live or work within that ward. This panel meets regularly to discuss the concerns facing the local community around crime and anti-social behaviour, and sets the priorities the local police team will tackle. They also get involved in working with the police team and local partner agencies such as the council to find lasting solutions to these priorities.”
