Age UK are running a Celebrating Age Festival, with events throughout Lambeth in October. One of these events is in Brockwell Park.

Use of Our Wild Plants
Sunday 9th October
Meet 2pm at the Clock Tower in Brockwell Park
A heritage walk organised by the Lambeth Local History Forum and led by the Friends of Brockwell Park. Join Dr Roy Vickery of the South London Botanical Institute as he introduces some of the wild plants growing locally in the park and their many uses. These walks usually last 90 minutes to two hours and are free, although donations are always welcome.
