High Trees Community Development Trust is a community anchor charity based in Tulse Hill south west London. We deliver a range of services focussed on improving the social and economic welfare of the local community.

We are looking for a Employment, Education and Training Manager to lead the development of a strategic vision for the growth and development of the Employment, Education and Training Service area which will enable High Trees to increase both its reach and impact within and beyond its local community. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like the challenge of innovating and developing new models of delivery for this provision.

You will initiate and develop meaningful partnerships with business, community and educational and employment organisations which will strengthen and broaden our offer and increase likely success of funding applications.

You will lead the design, development, delivery, management and evaluation of a range of high quality courses, training and employment programmes to be delivered at multiple sites. You will inspire, lead and manage a team of officers, course tutors and associate staff in the design and delivery of high quality services.

You will access a range of funding sources through maintaining a detailed and up to date knowledge of potential funding sources of income, and the completion of successful funding applications.

You will support on our marketing strategy which will raise the profile of High Trees’ with external stakeholders and funding/grant organisations.
