Some residents of Harbin House were having big problems with damp, and it’s now fixed.
This was typical of what flats looked like before NHG carried out work.
NHG have now carried out work on tenanted properties, and it’s a big improvement.
This probably wouldn’t have happened without our campaigning.
But there’s still no work done on leaseholder properties. But the problem is with the block, not with individual properties. Here is what the communal areas look like:
