Metropolitan have (finally) agreed to survey 11 blocks for damp. The work will start on Monday 14th November

The blocks to be surveyed are

• 113 – 171 Abbotts Park
• 1 – 20 Gaywoood Close
• 52 – 75 Gaywoood Close
• 76 – 86 Gaywoood Close
• 1 – 26 Kynaston House
• 1 – 10 McCormick House
• 11 – 36 McCormick House
• 1 – 24 Saunders House
• 24 – 39 Saunders House
• 1 – 24 Taylor House
• 1 -10 William House

There are many other blocks where we know there are problems with damp that are not being surveyed.

We’d really like feedback on what the next steps in the damp campaign should be. Please come to our AGM on Wednesday 9th November so we can discuss next steps
