Community members in Tulse Hill have now come together to prepare an application to designate their Tulse Hill area as a neighbourhood area and for the Tulse Hill Forum to become a neighbourhood forum for that area. A six week consultation is now being carried out. It ends on 4th December
Neighbourhood planning powers were introduced under the Localism Act 2011 to give members of the community a more hands on role in the planning of their neighbourhoods. It is a process that is led by the community and supported by the Council.
The consultation asks:
- Do you support the Tulse Hill area as a Neighbourhood Area?
- Do you support the Tulse Hill Forum becoming a Neighbourhood Forum for that area?
Please email your comments to planningpolicy@lambeth.gov.uk, or you can fill out the online questionnaire here
There will be a workshop on this later this month, led by the Tulse Hill Forum
