Presenting the “Dip Site” petition

Thanks to the 381 people who have signed our petition demanding the youth and sports facilities on Christchurch Road (the “Dip Site”) are open to the entire community.  This is what we were promised when the City Heights Academy was originally built.

Cllr Mary Atkins is presenting the petition to Lambeth Council this Wednesday at the full council meeting. The council have not allowed residents to speak. It’s therefore really important we get as many residents as possible in the public gallery to show the council we care about this issue.

Petition Presentation – Give us the Youth Facilities we were promised
Wednesday 22nd July, 7pm – 7:30pm
(if possible, please meet by reception at 6:50pm)
Lambeth Town Hall

(The petition handover should be over by 7:30pm, though people are welcome to stay after that for the rest of the council meeting).

Hope to see people on Wednesday.
