Earlier this year (from 9th April to 18th May to be precise) residents of Tebbs House had to walk through sewage to get to their flats. The matter is now fixed, but it should not have taken over a month to resolve such an urgent issue.
We put in a complaint to Metropolitan on 19th May. So far we haven’t received a reply.
In light of Metropolitan’s failure even to acknowledge our complaint we’ve escalated this issue to a stage 2 complaint.
