Our next general meeting is at the end of April

St Martin’s TRA General Meeting
St Martin’s Community Centre, Abbots Park
Tuesday 28th April, 7pm – 9pm
(advice surgery from 6pm for personal issues)

We’ll have a brief report on progress since the last general meeting. After that there are three main items on the agenda

• Traffic and Parking by the estates school (background, including correspondence with the schools is here)
• High Trees Communal Lighting (background here)
• Other repairs (e.g. Tebbs House sewage, Kynaston House door)

We’ve had correspondence from leaseholders about the large increase in service charges. We hope to have a separate meeting about this soon.

We hope there will be time to discuss other items. Contact us with proposals for the agenda, or you can suggest items on the night.
