It’s likely the meeting will have the following “running order”
1930 | Hello and welcome from the chair, then opening speech from Henderson |
1945 | Questions from the floor to Henderson about matters of fact. Try to avoid discussion at this stage, if people have any thoughts they can contribute in 15 minutes |
2000 | Split into groups of about six people. Have a general discussion based around three themes:
We’ll ask each group to appoint a note taker Henderson is encouraged to visit all the groups in this time, listening and contributing if he thinks it’s appropriate |
2035 | Feedback from the discussion groups and from Henderson |
2100 | Close. We have to be out by 9pm prompt so the caretaker can lock up |
