The history of the issue is as follows:
13th March – We did another tour of Gaywood Close and surrounding area. 33 lights were out.
12th January – We did another tour of Gaywood Close and surrounding area. 48 lights were out. We’ll put in formal complaints about lights that have been out for more than a month
14th November – We did our first tour of Gaywood Close and Abbots Park, 38 lights were out
