Thanks to everyone who attended our Annual General Meeting in November. Here’s what happened
This scaffolding has been outside 98 – 121 Gaywood Close since Easter, and nobody has seen anyone work on it
We now have the service charge details from seven leaseholders, and even from this small sample we are already seeing some interesting questions emerge:
We’re starting to monitor lighting in Gaywood Close and the surrounding streets. The latest report shows 40 broken lights
Coming to Grooveschool in the Yellow Qube young people will learn how to use Vinyl Turntables, CDJ’s and DJ Controllers, compiling a playlist for performance to include beats and tracks.
In the summer Lambeth Council agreed to survey our estate for damp. We’ve now been told this survey is likely to start in November. The process is described below
Save the date – our Annual General Meeting is on Tuesday 12th November
