Lambeth Council are planning to install more cycle parking in or near our estate. Please tell them if you would use it.
Cllr Hashi met the residents association on 13th May 2025. He confirmed the Yellow Qube is likely to reopen as a youth centre in December and community sports organisations will be able rent the attached football pitch at a reduced rate.
Some residents have complained about the quality of MTVH cyclical works. We believe MTVH’s reply is misleading. They have now apologised.
MTVH leaseholders are receiving bills for MTVH cyclical works. We believe many works are poor quality.
