We will have speakers on
- Community investment activity and plans for community events
- How to get involved with the High Trees CDT
- How to get involved with the community centre
- How to get involved with the gardening project
- Being a block champion
- The headteacher of the City Heights E-Act Academy will discuss how the academy can make a positive impact both locally and globally
The meeting will also consider amendments to our constitution. The following amendments have been proposed
- Replace: “QUORUM No General, Special General or Annual General Meeting shall take place if less than six members are present” with “QUORUM No General, Special General or Annual General Meeting shall take place if less than thirteen members are present (1% of the estate community)“. Proposed by St Martins RA Committee
- Replace: “The Committee will be made up of the following members; Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and nine other members” with “The Committee will be made up of the following members; Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Equalities Officer and eight other members”. Proposed by Peter Hurst
