NHG will use a new company for cleaning from Monday 3rd February. We hope this will mean improved quality
Several people have been in touch with us about poor quality cleaning in NHG blocks.
NHG are replacing their current contractor with Pinnacle, the same contractor MTVH uses. Pinnacle will start this Monday 3rd February. This may solve the problem.
Could you please monitor cleaning quality over the next few months. If it is not of an acceptable standard please email jan.nairn@nhg.org.uk . If you’re not satisfied with the response please contact us and we can discuss how to escalate it.
