NHG leaseholders should have received a section 20 notice in mid December with the title Notice of Intention of Qualifying Long Term Agreement for voids repair service. Here’s what you should do

Leaseholders should not be billed for repairs to non communal areas caused by voids. You should only be billed for your share communal repairs. So we need to ensure NHG chooses a contractor that can invoice items at property level. Please respond to the consultation to say this.
