MTVH carried out cyclical works in much of our estate between 2022 – 2024. The works included cleaning gutters, repainting communal areas and, in some cases, other remedial work. Please tell us of any work they’ve done that is poor quality
MTVH acknowledge some of the work is of poor standard. Here is their report. If you can see any gaps please email cyclicalworks@stmartinstra.blog . It seems MTVH will only fix issues if it they are reported via the residents association.
MTVH have not yet given us a date when this work will complete. We are chasing them.
It is important we do not allow MTVH to accept cyclical works of such poor quality. We all have to pay for it: tenants pay via their rent, leaseholders pay directly. And we all want to live in a place that looks cared for.
