Help With Our Gardening Project

There’s lots of butternut squash and tomatoes growing in our community garden on Challice Way. Also rocket and salad seedlings. But we need more residents to help

Beetles love rotting wood so we have some lovely old cross sections of a tree that quietly decomposing and luring them. All these insects are attracting lots more birds and bats. As seen in our side garden. Old logs are a beetle palace

There’s lots of ways you can help out with our gardening project. You can help with planting, or weeding, or turning the compost. And we need more people to give us their green waste that we can turn into compost. If you’d like to help please email us at stmartinscommunitygarden@gmail.com
