Huggins Corner has been transformed in the last few years.
In summer 2023 Huggins Corner (at the junction of Roupell Road and the South Circular) looked like this:
By December 2023 we had transformed it so that it looked like this:

And we’ve got a board advertising the project. So everyone who passes can learn about the work and the history:
The new look Huggins Corner has really improved what Chris thinks of our estate:
“Huggins Corner is now a great looking space, tidy, organised, pretty” says Sophie from Challice Way. ”This gives a picture of a well kept estate, with a nice welcoming community. Can’t wait for the flowers to improve it even further”
People from outside of the estate have noticed too! And Huggins Corner has even been included in Lambeth’s Bee Roads!
