NHG are likely to have credited money to leaseholders service charge account on 30th November. Please contact your housing officer to transfer it to your bank account
NHG Leaseholders should have received a letter from NHG dated 28 September 2023 with the subject line ‘Your Service charge Annual Statement for the year ending 31st March 2023’. If you haven’t please let us know.

The letter is rather confusing but we believe in most cases the letter states NHG owes you money
We’ve had some reports of difficulty getting this money refunded. But we believe all money has now been credited to service charge accounts. This should have happened by 30th November 2023.
We advise you to get any refund credited to your bank account. You will need to contact your housing officer to formally request this. Please also send them your bank details and a copy of the top half of your bank statement (it doesn’t need to show any transactions, it just needs to show your name, address and account number)
This process has worked for other residents. But if you feel NHG is being obstructive please let us know.
